Billing and Insurance

Community MRI & CT is pleased to be a preferred or participating provider with most insurance plans, as well as many Workers Compensation companies.  Please call your insurance company with any coverage questions BEFORE your scheduled appointment to avoid any surprises.

Also, a pre-authorization is sometimes required by insurance companies.  It is best to check with your insurance carrier directly, or with your doctor’s office with concerns about the pre-authorization process before your imaging appointment.

If you have no insurance coverage, please call 402-379-2810 and ask for our cash-pay rates for your MRI, CT, or X-rays.  Cash exam payment receipts may be submitted to flexible reimbursement plans, but can NOT be applied to your insurance deductible or out-of-pocket amounts.

After completing your exam, you will receive a billing statement from Community MRI & CT which is for our technical component, the scan itself, and a second statement from the radiology group, Radiology Associates, PC, for the interpretation and exam report for your scan.

Community MRI & CT will accept cash, money orders, debit and credit cards, including VISA, Discover, and Mastercard.  No personal checks can be accepted at our site.
