Community MRI & CT Services is pleased to be a preferred or participating provider with most insurance plans, as well as many Workers Compensation companies. Please verify in-network status with your insurance prior to scheduling to plan for out-of-pocket costs.
Some insurance plans also require a pre-authorization from your primary provider, so asking before calling may help speed up the referral and scheduling process.
Please note that our patients will receive two billing statements after every service; one directly from Community MRI & CT Services to cover the technical components and actual scanning service. The second will arrive from our radiology group, Radiology Associates, PC, which includes the charges for scan interpretations and exam reports.
If you have commercial insurance that Community MRI & CT Services does not primarily work with or your claim is not paid within 60 days, please contact your insurance company to check on the status of your claim and payment.
